Hypertension Case Finding at This Pharmacy What is Hypertension Case Finding? Also known as the NHS Community Pharmacy Blood Pressure Check Service, this program helps identify individuals at risk of high blood pressure (hypertension). Through this service, pharmacies proactively offer blood pressure checks to people aged 40 and over who may have undiagnosed hypertension and are not currently receiving treatment. The goal is to detect high blood pressure early and refer patients to their GP for diagnosis and ongoing management. We are now able to provide blood pressure checks in line with local eligibility criteria set by NHS commissioners.
