What Is Osteopathy?
Osteopathy is a safe and natural approach to health care.
The Osteopath focuses on the bones, joints, muscles and soft connecting tissues, and the way in which their condition affects your body as a whole.
We try to identify and treat faults which occur because of injury, stress, or perhaps disease.
This helps the body to restore itself to normal function and relieve pain.
What Do Osteopaths Treat?
Half our patients suffer from back trouble: Most back pains result from mechanical disturbances of the spine postural strains, joint derangements and disc injuries.
Over half are women: Many women are working mothers and both aspects can give rise to mechanical problems. Headaches may result from stiffness and tension in the neck, pregnancy can put excess strain on the back. Osteopathic treatment can help the body to adjust and recover.

I am a fully qualified Chiropodist with many years experience in private practice and registered with the Health Professions Council. I attend Worlingham Pharmacy on Tuesdays.
It is not necessary to suffer the discomfort and disability that can be caused by painful feet. Your feet work hard for you. In your lifetime you will probably walk the circumference of the earth twice, so looking after your feet is a sensible priority.
I am able to treat corns, hard skin, nail conditions, fungus infections and verrucas.
